This page contains forms for submitting Work Order Requests and Capital Improvement Suggestions to the LTA Office. All submissions will go to the Lake Manager. The page also contains the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, Rules and Regulations for the Operation of the Lake Thunderbird Mutual Water System, By-Laws of the Association and Lake Thunderbird Association Rules and Regulations. Copies of each of these documents can be found here in Adobe Acrobat PDF file format. You may need to scan down into the first page of each to find the beginning of the section.

Capital Improvements
It is that time of year again when the LTA Board is soliciting your ideas for capital improvements for the Association. Capital improvements consist of any structures or equipment built or installed to add permanent value to our common property. Examples of capital improvements over the last few years would be basketball courts, beach parking lot renovation, rip rap stabilization of the Barbados Court South shoreline, etc. The Board is interested in your input for these projects.
